- Successful supply and installation of energy efficient lights to 350 buildings in the Northern Capes’ Department of Public Works, subcontracting to KDco on this Shared Energy Savings Contract
- Implementation of the Energy Management System at !Kheis Municipality in the Northern Cape. The solar technologies supplied by Specialized Solar Systems and implemented by Energy Doctors for THIS PROJECT include smart solar energy producing DC micro-grids. The programme implementation included payment system facilitation, vendor management and end-user management services. This municipal project has the support of the United States Department of Energy, SANEDI, Winbuild, Peer Africa, Bokspoort, and the SA Department of Energy.
- Lead implementing agent of the iEEECO™ Flagship program in Kwa-Zulu Natal. Bryan was a key member of the iEEECO™ Flagship Team, responsible for developing and implementing the African Utility Week 2015 African Community Project of the year (a 20 year plan to take the entire municipality completely off grid using alternative energy). The iEEECO™ methodology requires active participation of project beneficiaries in the full lifecycle of the program, including planning, construction, and management.
- Sub-contractor to Peer Africa to implement Energy Management for 375 buildings as part of the National Department of Public Works Shared Energy Savings Vnama project.
- Sub-contracting consultant to Peer Africa to implement offering a range of energy related consulting services
